Mentor of 6 and tutor of 5 successfully graduated students of the specialties "Materials and Materials Science" (BSc degree) and "Semiconductor Materials and Technologies" (MSc degree), 9 BSc and 2 MSc of the Department of Non-Ferrous Metals and Semiconductor Technologies of the University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy, Sofia, Bulgaria.

One scholar year (2010-2011) of full teaching experience (lectures and experimental work (exercises)) with students in the Department of Non-Ferrous Metals and Semiconductor Technologies of the University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy. Total teaching hours – 442, as 124 lectures and 318 exercises (248 with BSc and 70 with MSc students).
